1、usually：
adv.经常，平常，惯常地；一直，向来；动不动，一般。
I depend on them deeply—to do what they usually do.
我深深地依赖它们——做通常它们会做的事。
2、always：
adv.常常；总是，老是；永远，始终；不断地。
I love my daddy,because he always walk with me.
我爱我的爸爸，因为他总是和我一起散步。
3、sometimes：
adv.时而；有时，间或。
Sometimes I like to think about this.
有时我很喜欢做这样的设想。
4、often：
adv.经常；常常；时常；再三。
It often knows where we should go and what we should do.
常常是我们知道该去什么地方、该做些什么。
5、every day：
每天；天天；日；逐日。
Every day,we sail nearer to one port or another.
总是越来越近目的地。
一般现在时可以用来描述以下三种情况：
1、事实：
事情不必现在发生。
She loves singing. 他喜欢唱歌。
I like playing poker. 我喜欢玩扑克。
Here comes the bus. 公交来了。
2、习惯或经常性的动作：
标志词是表频率的副词如sometimes, every time, usually，often, seldom等。
I visit my grandparents on weekends. 我在周末去看望祖父母。
Li Lei usually goes to school on foot. 李雷一般走路去上学。
3、表示存在的状态：
一般现在时还可以用来表示某种状态持续存在。
I am a hero. 我是英雄。
They are young people who have the ambitious to fight. 他们是有斗志的年轻人。
Beijing is the capital of China. 北京是中国的首都。
一般现在时还可以使用特殊用法来表达特定的情景或安排：
- 表示按计划发生的事：
The plane arrives tomorrow morning. 飞机将在明天抵达。
The bus starts in 10 minutes. 公交将在10分钟内出发。
- 在从句里以一般现在时表将来：
Call me when you arrive. 在你抵达后给我打电话。
