女王宫位于英国伦敦市中心。
From the Queen's House, you can enjoy the beauty of Greenwich Royal Park, the old Royal Naval College, and the stunning scenery of the Thames River. The Queen's House is free to visit, but professional guides require a fee. Your voluntary donation will make these outstanding works available for public viewing long after their initial installation.
Queen's House specially invited Richard Turner to decorate the building in celebration of its 400th anniversary. The ceiling of the main hall features golden leaves inspired by the newly repaired stairs. As you enter the grand room, you find yourself in an enormous and perfectly symmetrical space: from the north-central corner of the palace, a large chamber is accessible. It reflects the mathematical principles of Renaissance art and emphasizes balance and harmony. Completed in 1635, the marble floor featuring alternating black and white geometric patterns was particularly impressive.
The queen's staircase, known as the Golden Steps, is one of the most elegant and representative staircases in British history, constructed independently using geometric shapes.
